How much does a computer repair cost?
Diagnosis is always free. Most common repairs — virus removal, SSD upgrades, RAM installs, thermal service — land between $75 and $200 including labor. Screen and board-level work depends on the part. You get the number before we start.
How long will it take?
Most repairs are same-day. If a part has to be ordered, expect one to three business days. We tell you the timeline when we quote, not after.
Will I lose my files?
Not in a normal repair. If a fix requires wiping the drive, we tell you first and back up your data beforehand whenever the drive is readable.
Do you work on Macs?
We handle common MacBook work — drives, batteries, RAM where it's socketed, and software issues. For soldered board-level Apple repair we'll tell you honestly if you're better off elsewhere.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you owe nothing. No fix, no fee — including the diagnosis. We'll explain what failed and what your options are.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our labor. If the same fault returns, bring it back and we'll make it right.
